No everyone hates it

not sure which office you work at but my building is empty!
People are voting with their feet.
Went in today and there was NO ONE. Not Even One Other Person on my floor.
BOA has another building next door. Looking across the street into the windows, saw 2 people over there talking across their floor. No one else anywhere to be seen.
I lost 90 minutes each way. What a waste of f*ing time. Not doing it any more.
Never mind that I don't even work directly with anyone in my state.
I think it’s a mix. Some people want full-time WFH. Others want hybrid. Some want to be in the office all the time.
For me, I hate the commute INTO the office, but don’t mind being IN the office. My preference would be hybrid maybe being in the office 2 days a week. But even within hybrid, I know people who are willing to come in every morning, but want to WFH after lunch.
In other words, there’s not a one-size-fits-all solution. I just wish more companies would offer flexibility that would fulfill all kinds of accommodations, based on what makes the employee happy, whether it’s WFH, hybrid, or RTO. A happy employee is a productive employee!
Such a waste going in twice a week. It’s only for those that need to be heard all the time.
I’m a 3 day-er. It’s not so bad. I see a guy who sits near me. Comes in once a week for literally half a day.
Such a horrendous waste of time. I literally come into the office because I Am being made to even though I really don’t need to. It’s annoying. Distractions and hard to concentrate.
Lots of talk about layoffs, so anyone unhappy who was only staying in hopes of getting a severance package might get their wish. If you’re one of them, good luck.
I hate it. Not sure anyone else is use to it because barely anyone in the office and forget it if it's Monday or Friday. I'm just a su---r for actually going in.
3 days of badge swipes matches with 3 workout days at gym next door. Less than 3 total hours "working" at office a week. If they want more than swipes they will be shlit out of luck..
No.
2 days a week in the office wouldn’t be so bad especially since it’s a 90 min each way commute and everyone I work with is not in the office I am in. I was a MyWorker for 10+ years until they brought everyone back in.
I know a few people who went from "never again" to "eh, three days are not so bad." I wonder how many feel the same way.
