I hate myself for not leaving sooner. Do you also feel like your abilities and expertise are just being wasted here?

Idk why I ever agreed to come back into the office. I should have just gotten a wfh job elsewhere. Luckily I have a couple of interviews lined up. Fudge this place.
Yes because if you aren't a friend or family member to upper management you skills mean absolutely nothing. You have to use your a** kis**** skills to get anywhere at that place.
