Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

In past 2 years, global markets hired too many middle level manager from outside. Many of these Directors were not able to demonstrate their values. Senior management should let go external hired directors who just bullsht and promote juniors who proved themselves. These Directors are huge cost, and they are hurting the profitability and culture of global markets business.
