How long you think till this position is gone? With the SSS being the store point person and the STSS just works tickets assigned to them. I say within two years they are gone.

Seems like the STSS are getting divided between those who do additional specialized work on “vTeams” for no extra compensation and “primary queue” workers that do what the GHD does essentially.
They also learned recently they are aiming for a full time team comprised of the vTeam responsibilities.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the plan is to form that new team then cut the rest and farm everything else to GHD.
I think there will be a reimagining of every job from supervisor on up in the new year.

Two years is being optimistic. I'm guessing there will be another "reimagining" after the beginning of the year.
Use the skills you have learned to apply elsewhere jump ship before they get the opportunity to cut you.
