CEO posted a video announcement saying a voluntary RIF will be announced followed by regular RIF with size varying on the number who volunteered.

Nope, hush hush on the number or percentage impacted by reductions. Poor decision by leadership without taking other cost reducing steps before screwing with best asset, their people!
Voluntary layoffs kicked off this week. Forced RIF’s 29th, 30th, and 1st.
Anyone know what part of the business this will be? I am hearing the implementation teams. Sucks that this is happening before the holidays.
