Annual Review - No meeting and no review by mgr

It is to my understanding that managers are supposed to submit their feedback on our annual review on/by 12/20/2024 and also scheduled a 1x1 meeting to go over it.
As of today 1/7/2025, my manager has not submitted her review feedback nor scheduled a meeting with me… I’m at the point that I am wondering if I should be concerned or if others are in the same situation?

OP Look at the bright side. Maybe you are going to get promoted. That extra paperwork may be causing the delays.

Sorry to hear that. Have you been at the bank long? How long have you had your current manager? Try not to let this wreck you. Better days will be ahead of you.

Saw my job description up for discussion and inquired with Manager. Immediately informed next day of termination. Is this a real place?

It's now January 9 and I still haven't had my review. Nothing scheduled, radio silence from manager.

I am sorry to hear this.

What exact date that they informed you for termination? Did they call you?

I am still waiting for my review.

LOL…. Actually, this is what you really are supposed to do. By HR and sr. Management’s directives of 2023-2024, if you do not report a violation where you see corporate mandates not followed, you as well are not in corporate compliance. Best part- reporting a manager on this cannot tolerate any retribution. So if you get criticism or threats, you can report that too. If a manager is holding back on you, then its not good and they are up to no good. You should report them even if you like them. No one is your friend in here.

Create a ticket to HR to report a violation.
Put text in there that a manager is not following company mandates.
Put text in there that the manager is failing to meet corporate and managerial expectations.
Submit it. Sit back and enjoy.

@a1+1jh1j3ffk Do you know if those people have brought it up to management and they were informed it will be scheduled for next week?
Because in my case, again, my manager hasn’t even said a word about the topic at all. And I don’t want to ask nor remind them as it’s not my responsibility to do so. Also very odd that everyone in my team had their review except me.

I still haven’t received mines Should I be worried? It seems like I’m the only one in my department who hasn’t been reviewed yet.
