Customer Service Gutted

With the recent field restructuring, customer service has taken another hit. Many Client Relationship Managers were fired. Many more experienced ones are retiring. You've got non performing RVP who couldn't sell schit, moving into Client Relationship Manager roles. The learning curve is steep as most don't know anything about technology or doing actually work. The company's service foot print has taken a back seat. They want to retain more clients but they are putting people in these client facing roles with no real skill set. The clowns and goons are in panic mode. One bad decision after another.

These GARS and RVPs taking over for the CRMs who were fired are struggling. They are not used to doing paperwork or doing actual work. They lack the skill set. They are used to BS'ing their way through meetings. Now, they gonna feel the heat and real pressure that the CRMs went through the past few years. Many of these under skilled GARs and RVPs in this CRM role are going to struggle and many will quit because they can't handle it. Good. Get rid of thr deadwood. Good riddance.

These RVPs taking over as CRMs are clueless. It's incredible how much they don't know. It's fun watching them struggle.
