If I remember correctly, layoff's usually happen the second or third Wednesday of each month. But its been awhile since I was employed at BofA (former B4)
Were you not showing up to the office and getting your swipes?
Update: Wasn't EOY review, but it was a warning about RTO guidelines
Well do we know how it went ?
Happened to me before. 1 on 1 meeting came out after hours and next day, I was gone. Package was good, I was pi---d but took it as paid vacation, relaxed and was employed 3 months later with cash in my pocket.
I heard the next layoffs are targeted for February.
How was your EOY? Did you get an exceeds? Could be a promotion. Trying to be optimistic.
was HR invited
collect your important stuff before Friday
Not a good sign. Call in sick, enjoy the weekend take the call on Monday
The November layoff invites came same day and weren't 1:1. If you haven't had your EOY review it's probably that so I wouldn't worry. They don't usually give you this much time in advance to let you go.
Keep us posted though
Yup, I'd say most likely. Take it from someone who was part of the rounds in November! :)
EOY reviews are required to be completed by 1/21.
Yes
Already had my EOY review a few weeks back so I don't have high hopes
EOY or EOJ.
Are you sure it's not your EOY review??
