@da+1jmx2v31y Indeed, just waiting for bank to stub their toe and tell me my accommodation is revoked due to RTO policy. Can you say cha-ching$$$
full RTO should have been full WFH
There is one person in my group that is full RTO. The person works in CA and was full RTO since the closure of the work site. As our group made comments about the hybrid requirements, the CA employee would always be mute on the call. Call it jealousy, but there are double standards in the performance of this person. Now, our group tries not to bring up the topic or there is some form of backlash. Unfortunately for the CA employee, no group cake for you.
Now I know why this question was asked....
Fully remote in Ohio no special accommodations just not near a site
Remote with accommodation that the bank must honor should be a separate category.
100% remote. New Jersey.
100% Remote based in Washington State
F the office
I wish the bank had a branch in Cancun. I would love to work there indefinitely.
We're talking about remote employees here. Tremendous people! So, how many of you are working 100% from home? A lot, I know! It's fantastic, really. And what about the hybrid folks? Balancing things out, very smart!
And then we've got the full return to office people—RTO, they call it. Let me tell you, it’s a big decision! Each group has its strengths, folks. So let's hear it—who's remote, who's hybrid, and who's back in the office? It’s gonna be huge!
