Was incentive compensation paid this week? What was the factor and have resignations followed?

You need to remember, most Senior VPs and above have SERPs and other deferred comp plans and most of those are rich with benefits
Don’t get me started with the factor. We paid %10 of our bonuses to pay for their mistakes.
I heard that several top Senior VPs and Ex VPs took home over $100K each in disincentive comp. With that type of money being thrown around, why work hard to implement change ? No real incentive to.
So far about 20 people quit according to my source. For those of you that got a deposit in your bank account yesterday, make sure you transfer the money to another account so Mutual can su-k it back. Just sayin
