There was an audible gasp today when they announced who was promoted. Only 3 Client Relationship Managers were promoted but over 10 sales reps. I have been working in the field offices for several years now and never have seen fewer service people promoted than this year. These are people who work 50-60 hours a week. They take away our titles and then few of us get promoted. Meanwhile, Gars and Pars, many of who barely hit or even missed their goals get promoted ! What gives ! It's all based on nepotism and likability and not hardwork. All based on what Greggory, Jonhnson, and Bailley favor. Not even CRM directors were recognized by Rich today. It's so sad. Company doesn't value service. Just pays lip service to it. It's not what you do. It's how hard you blow.

I now hate Mutual of America.
I heard that young lady that is Bailleys hand picked favorite got promoted even though she knows absolutely nothing about what an actual Client Relationship Manager at Mutual of America does. How she got promoted over many others just goes to show you that if you are blowing an Exec, that says it all.
46 people got promoted. Only about 10 on the list actually deserved it. 36 did not and got promoted by favortism. About 30 who should have been promoted because of their excellent client service work, weren't because they are not well liked or they are not related to an Executive. .
Were there any promotions in the home office or in Boca?

To the poster about promotions, what shameful is that people like Moriarity and McManus are promoted and not held accountable for all their mistakes caused on their watch. The bullying and the gaslighters get rewarded while the people who actually made them look good get passed over. Farkin iceholes.
