I was told by a person in HR that sometime in the first part of the year that anyone who was below a G paygrade would be bumped to that level. Does anyone have any further information about this? Haven’t read anything on MySource about it, just that the minimum wage was going up to $25/hr at the beginning of March.

It’s because you are a pathetic b-m. Spending all your time here bloviating and lying. You must be really miserable to want to maintain a sad and embarrassing link to this place’s buried past. You should try going out to the park and feeding the birds. Do something beneficial sad, broken old man
Haha. 42 is so full of 💩
Simply because I know far too much about every level of BNYM and their disintegration from the top of the house on down and I enjoy following it. It’s like a novel that’s unfinished or a dangerous turn at the Datona 500 where tickets are the highest price because of the dangerous turns. I cannot ignore what goes on after 42 years of working at, with, competing against and out negotiating their lawyers when selling my private company’s products to them, etc.
Plus the great amusement which I get from the whining.
Why not enjoy retirement & quit trolling this board since you know nothing about what’s going on here, very average 42

Why not work your tail off as he did rather than woe is me whining on a layoff board.
Making money has absolutely nothing to do with being fortunate. A work ethic is what you need. I’ve always worked multiple jobs to make ends meet and raise a family with a stay at home mom. You need to develop a boomer work ethic. If you’re not happy with your job and need more money work three jobs or skill up and get another job. Nobody but nobody gets paid for simply being at work except for a family member in a family company.
You are so very wrong. Making money always comes down to your personal work ethic, Taking risks to jump jobs, and be willing to be an entrepreneur when necessary.

Actually I haven’t thought about money since we paid each of our children’s’ way through four year college degrees decades ago, as did the vast majority of Boomers. After that retirement saving was easy.
It’s been two or three years of retirement and I suppose that I really should get around to doing a little financial planning but I’m really not all that interested in money, and with Trump back in office I’m quite sure that we’ll all be doing just fine.
Not everyone is fortunate enough to make that good money like some of you do. Some have been here for many years and still take pride in their jobs, even though they are severely underpaid and are hoping for any bit of an extra bump in salary they can get.

Yes, I’m eating dog food and struggling.
It’s a real struggle let me tell you.
42, it’s no one’s fault but yours that you are broken, old, low on money and bitter. BNY was right to expel you when it did.
Try going to a soup kitchen if you need extras.
As always, ungrateful for your wages and unprecedented low level of layoffs.
Big deal… we just hired one Chief Innovation officer who’s pay equals 200 level G’s annually.
Free coffee for the rest of ya!
What additional information are you looking for? Looks like you already have the facts.
The last chart I received from HR had the same exact min/max pay range for levels B-F. Bumping the minimum pay to $52k/year makes level G the new minimum range.
