Multiple groups in IT were laid off in the I.T. Department at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

We know layoffs happened today in excess of WARN and everyone laid off was given 60 days of pay in lieu, basically which is allowed under WARN.
For those affected, hopefully you can reach out to others for support. It su-ks to be laid off, but some of us have been there.
It's not clear how the determinations were made, maybe someone else can chime in who knows. Very unfortunately sad day at CHLA.
@74p There are exemptions for not listing on WARN that you can look up.
WARN notices are required for layoffs of more than 50 people. CHLA not being transparent and devious in its operations
