Work has been extremely hard these days. It's so much being thrown at us. My org won't hire but we're expecting to produce more work. The QA team is also relentless. I wish I could leave but i know it's challenging everywhere. Sigh

I’m with you OP. It’s been tough. When it gets extra tough, please remind yourself that although we need our jobs, it’s not your life and it’s not your family. Rest to act like a duck and shake it off. 😃
Yet BM wants another raise because he alone grew revenue last year. It was not us, the working poor that didn’t get a pay raise after slaving in the gallows.
