I was hired 7 years ago as hybrid. 2 days at home.

I have not worked five days or four days for that matter in the office in about 15 years.

so to answer your question, they reneged on my work rangement… Not surprising because they are 67dishonorable pieces of sh-t

Maybe those who are tired of people abusing the system, never contactable, in the kitchen cooking during 1 to 1 meetings, constant excuses that their internet keeps dropping. The list goes on and on.

Serious question to those who willingly signed an employment contract which explicitly and clearly stated that your place of work is the office and your days of work would be Monday to Friday, why is doing less than what you agreed to such a big problem?

Intelligible answers in the form of text not downvotes please.

I'm sure 99% of comments are ai bots on mysource. Even bootlickers can't follow the same template without coordination.

Sure they'll take that fake appreciation as a positive in the ivory tower however.

@bq+1jt5tgys5 This doesn't surprise me one bit. Last year my manager was trying to set me up with agile flex, then at the last minute he canceled the negotiations and told me he's not going to pursue it any further since the company was going to eliminate it by 2025. Like clockwork.

Now they came for agile flex. Hoping that could have been spared...

So I just saw the article and checked to see who actually clicked on the like button: about half of the people had Polish or Indian surnames. Really makes you think.

@ab+1jt5tgys5 Indians. Always Indians. Case in point: every time there's a MySource article written – no matter how inane it is – the top comments are always Indian people writing some variation of, "Great article, very informative sir!"

They also do the exact same thing on LinkedIn whenever some "influencer" peddles some mindless pseudo-intellectual corporate drivel.

At least 10% of the people here have 0 self awareness and act like robots. Especially in India. Robin could ask them to kiss his shoe and they'd ask which one.
