With the end of the Fiscal year getting closer, any chatter on if/who will be laid off? Last year we saw massive change and that was before the paycor acquisition.

@3p7 DSC Mid-Market.. everyday since Wednesday there’s been something new (shortened lunch breaks then no shortened lunch breaks, mandatory OT then OT is not mandatory but they’re “asking” us to work as much as possible). All of it is a mess.
@3gm what dept are you in? I haven’t heard of bonuses and increases being put on hold.
We were told that the global team will now be learning how to load wages starting next week and there is no word on what will happen with the current US loading team for SMB implementation
CSS confirmed this morning that all annual reviews, raises and bonuses have been placed “on hold” until further notice. We’ve so been instructed to work 6 hrs OT a week. How is this fair? If I could afford to walk from this place I wouldn’t hesitate. My CSS has been wonderful and I understand she’s only relaying the info but upper management needs to get a grip on things, stop making changes that is making our work load more difficult and figure out a process that is going to work the best for the clients and the employees. All they see at the moment is $$ and making everyone else suffer from it.
