I believe both Ted Herman and Thomas Gilliam are retired. The young blonde lady who was recently terminated had been providing oversight for a period of time.
Look on the website, they are no longer listing the amount of the money awards. Logic would have it that they've gone down, not up...otherwise they would still be bragging about how much money there giving away.
