The company leaders are a bunch of DEI hires that don't know sh-t. Ship all jobs from American workers to overseas id--ts. The should be locked up for the things they do.
Walking away from this company was one of the best decisions I ever made. They forced employees to get the Covid vaccine, even though everyone was working remotely. Those that refused were terminated. 6 months later, they laid off the same employees, even though they had complied.
I figured out that the C level execs did not care about the employees, when during a Zoom meeting, one of the execs told us how we were in for rough times and had to make do ( meaning no raises). He gave the information as he broadcast the meeting from his multi million home and had his housekeeper cleaning in the background.

Both BSC and Stellarus are severely flawed. None of the leaders know how to build a product company. Both of these companies practice nepotism and favoritism to the hilt, often in the guise of being empathetic to DEI. What will be left over are completely useless individuals who have been there for 15, 20, and 25+ years.
