For many of us who were unexpectedly terminated in the last year, how has everyone been coping and have you found meaningful work ?

I was laid off last year, then retired. It's been awesome. So many awesome people laid off, they should start their own company. It would be successful, because they know how to handle money, clients and participants. If you speak Spanish, I hear the call center in Mexico is looking for a few good people - who cares that the company name is Mutual of AMERICA!! Customers don't like companies farming out service to other countries.
I was laid off last year in March and I am very happy being retired. I'm looking at different financial businesses right now to get my money out of MOA.
