I appreciate you typing out the name of each initiative and then the acronym. I would be great if everyone on here would do the same.

The MC has no clue how disjointed and under delivering these consultants that they hired to lead this project are. None of them understand system or process at this scale and the designs show it… and the software provider has only incrementally improved. Get ready for a huge headache for the next decade.

Everything with Polaris is wonderful ya'll nothing to see here!! LOL, long as you don't care if overbudget, behind schedule and underdelivering. Teams don't collaborate, don't even really like one another. Blame game here too intense, think I'm gonna need therapy afterwards. Dumpster fire leaders keep getting promoted, no accountability.

Heard from someone that there are 1,000 (or more?) people working Polaris. They should take the DOGE approach for this.

Does anyone else remember one of the town halls a few years ago where an exec had a slide with pictures of the telegram, phone, internet, and Polaris? That’s who is running this dumpster fire. People who believe Polaris is on the same level as the creation of the internet. Clowns.
