The same week that my B3 told me not to expect a package because the new M.O. was to make life miserable enough for people to want to quit, our division held an event requiring everyone to drive to their office to attend "watch parties" to see a remote discussion of climate risk. The irony was lost on them. They also threw in discussion about how people can work from anywhere effectively, but they need to RTO to sustain "our culture."

A very toxic culture
