The fact that everyone says that there is no logic in who gets laid off creates the greatest anxiety. I haven't been here for a long time and that's why I think I'll be a target, although some people are saying that a long-tenured employee is more likely to get cut than someone who didn't come here that long ago.

It honestly varies . They usually go for poor performers, highest paid and I’ve seen a lot of layoffs right before people are expected to retire
