BNY Mellon, it's a big company that behaves like a big company. Perhaps the most confusing place I ever worked; never clear to what part of the company I actually belonged. And that impressive 'vp' job title... Oh well... but I did work with some good people (who are smart enough not to get drunk on the corporate cool-aid). IMO, direct your feelings toward the government; they undermined their citizens and sold out to special interests (mostly fueled by corporate greed) where it's all about the money. And when it's all about the money you can bet that a bank will get on board. Good luck.

Blame the government for BNY Mellon? A bit of a stretch.
How about holding the leadership team accountable, as perhaps one day the board (a better, smarter version of one) might?
