What happens if you don’t sign the paperwork?

Been here less than six months so just curious what could happen besides me losing one measly check?

Absolutely correct. You'll never win. HR head is a lawyer. Sign, get sub pay. Apply for unemployment then throw the Tum's out. You won't be needing them anymore.

I believe you sign the paperwork in exchange for the lay off package and giving up your right to sue BNY.

If you don’t sign, no package, but then you can sue BNY in whatever ground you believe you have.

Did you get laid off?
