They only worry about numbers - it’s really sad . It’s not People First as they claim. If you are a machine and can do things fast you are good. No raise or bonus in several years. Wow - their Motto is people first. A Joke

In the Phoenix area my branch manager was slow, couldn't build a book of business, managed poorly, spoke ill of her employees and constantly complained. Discussed her health issues including an operation on her B-ho-e. Management supported this id--t everyone knew what would eventually happen to the branch.
Not even (if you are fast). Being fast only guarantees you do the work fast enough for them to see that you are TOO fast and hence they will then use the excuse of the market being the one who is 'slow' to send ypu packing. Ask me how I know...
