Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Platform X current state?

What happened with poor clients who were onboarded to this technological marvel just before they announced DXC is giving up on it?

Poor clients are still in "care" of the same Product head lady and her boss, new platform, new trips around the globe, same semantics, same old story, except all smart people left the sinking ship. Wheels Within Wheels.

@ja you mean product head lady who moved to apps together with her boss to save herself?

One small correction to OP's Post. Dxc client's have always been poor because once we start running their estate they are on a slippery slope.

Coming back platform x-x , we need to ask the product Head lady what else is cooking.

It has been replaced by the slideware called Xponential. Clients now have the premium privilege of running their entire business on fantasy automation slideware. Rahoul insists it works wonders.

its been irrelevant for over 10 years, and should have been ki-led off at that time when trends changed and clients started mandating service providers use their ITSM and operational/observability tools directly - and use those instances as the source of truth for any service level measurement etc Even more important now we've entered the AI/analytic era and quality and comprehensiveness of source data is critical. So DXC delivery teams should just move over to using client tools directly and can quietly tip the Platform X/DXC museum pieces into the nearest tip or donate to the local IT museum to reside alongside cathode ray tube room-size computers from the same 1950's and 60's vintage.
