I saw MM just posted a position for a new corporate pilot salary of 240k to 320k. I was not aware that MM employs 14 pilots and an additional 21 highly paid support staff.
So let’s just say the average employee expense Is 200k a year that is at least 7 million in salaries plus the cost of the multiple aircraft, including insurance, flight fees, fuel, and whatever else is needed, the total expense is probably at least 10 million per year times the last ten years = 75 to 100 million accounting for inflation. Just so the SLT flys luxury and isn’t subjected to joe public ,the people RC always says MM value so much as our customers. All the while the average employee is nickel dimed on raises and benefits. Anyhow just wanted to share. Happy Holidays to all!

They fly in lots of prospects on these planes and wine them and dine them in MA. Take them to Fenway, etc. Pay to pay but this expenditure is excessive. Fly coach, in the back of the plane, and save millions.

I believe you and the numbers. Meanwhile small departments have become even smaller with 0 budget. But hey, cutting the fat is more important.

BS. SLT takes numerous trips on the corporate jets and helicopters.
It's top tier 1851 financial advisors or ELT on the jet.
SLT has to abide by the same travel rules as everyone else. I've worked with enough of the SLT's admin's to know that for a fact and I've heard my own SLT leader talk about paying out of pocket for a better seat on flight than what was booked in Concur.
It's still a lot of money, but the 1851 advisors or wealth management get waaaaay better perks than most SLT.
