Glassdoor CEO rating of 2.6 withing the first year on the job. It is considered "Negative" by the Glassdoor. Bottom 20% of all CEOs. Hero to all the cronies though.
Stephen said there were actually revenue enhancers in 2025. Was he talking about the 5% return on the $500M parked in the bank due to 320 Park and 1150 Broken Sound sales ? Otherwise, there were no real revenue enhancers. Mmmmmm.
