Our agency continues to struggle to meet goals, including the minimum autos. How many months are we allowed to miss?

Our min auto item number didn't change. The variable number has increased but also includes renters.
everything TC has communicated is that they want growth and agencies who want to grow. anyone talking about meeting or not meeting the minimum is not aligned with TC and the current system is designed to weed those agencies out. is that a bad thing?
@bw We have heard the rumors. Any idea when it will be conveyed to agents?
The targets are deliberately designed to be always just out of reach.
It's an employers market out there and they know this, that's why they have us by the short and curlies and are squeezing us.
Only going to get more tough for agencies. Just wait until you see what is in store for 2027.

We are having the same concern. Over the past year we have missed 5 times.
