Thread regarding CDW layoffs

CDW Went Downhill Within 5 years

The company was a serious competitor in both the job market and PS/MS space roughly 5 years ago. Now it's an absolute mess with disasterous acquisitions, lack of innovation and excess red tape. I give the company 3-4 years before something serious buckles.

Customers are noticing!

@174 Counterpoint: Many clients were quite happy with their sales teams that had developed a good system to navigate the endless red tape and deliver consistent results effectively. Now, they have to start all over and are measuring against what they used to have. Let’s see how it works out.

I'm glad the sales reorg happened. Many of our accounts were desperately needing a new seller with fresh eyes to go after new revenue streams.

@OP
IMO only thing keeping customers around is their AM's and the effort to change vendors and the uncertainty of what/who they'll work with at the next provider.
Also the fact of the size and tentacles that stretch into the channel. Channel doesn't care who sells thier stuff as long as it's sold and $ keeps flowing.
