What do you expect. Roc, noc, enoc, toc, customer service, various other operations teams already lost most of their jobs overseas. Bethpage is an asbolute ghost town compared to a few years ago. Next step is to automate as much as possible to get rid of the remaining onshore contractors. You have executive management basically spelling it out in emails.
I’d say, god have mercy for on our field techs, but there are none left. 😢
