Just got a 5% raise, 4th one since covid. Don't let the doomers get ya down. If you adapt to the new way of doing things, Cisco is still a great place to work.

I got one as well, joined cisco during covid, got 3 raises and 1 promotion. I got one in Oct last year, was surprised to receive another one

lol. I was a top performer, leading in the team in AI, even had patents. I liked my job, then my manager left and whole team was cut. It doesn’t matter, you’re just a number and one day that number will be up. Start looking now. You are not special.

Anything under a 10% is cr-p raise. Unless you are already fairly paid which isnt possible here. At least 30% below any offer externally lol
