@cs I agree totally with this.
The dinosaurs are keeping this company afloat while all the id--ts make excuses for why they can't come to work or why they can't do their job. If the dinosaurs leave, the place falls apart. I've never seen so many incompetent lazy employees in my life. This place is unrecognizable and the long time employees know it.
You can buy them out but you can't force people to retire. In fact, laying off more older people than younger people (proportionally) will land them in court before the push even occurs. That's why there were VBOs.
Age + Years of Service > 75
May I know what age is qualified to be a dinosaur? Contemplating when I need to work to be able to retire.
