In case I’m one of the folks getting laid off, trying to make sure my finances in order. Does anyone know what the severance pay usually is?

@1zd The Cap is 60 weeks. I know people's from IBM has over 35 years seniority only get 60 weeks maximum. He end up settle in court.
@OP the last round was two weeks severance for every year of employment.

For Slovakia it is 5 to 8 months, depending on years of service.
You go on COBRA and pay it yourself
What about health insurance for US?
3 months for the US, at least for my coworkers that were let go that past few years.
Was 7 months for Czech republic
