Budget on hold, teams getting crippled, products promoted that 60% of the customers cannot buy as they are on premise or still on Qlik View and not in the cloud. all departments being micro managed with weekly reporting and new CEO not even there yet, ML running through every department looking at what to optimise but not looking at the heads sitting in those chairs leading those departments... its a mess. start at the top please before you go into firing sellers.. who came up with this product strategy? who is running the sales and marketing efforts? who is spending lots of money in the CSO org let alone a HR department that is not people focused but company focused...

It was announced the other day that tech sales are going to be reduced. probably going to be in July they are saying.
