Curious if anyone has been successful in getting a new position after retraining?

Im aware of 3 in last 2 years who stayed after being offered package, all 3 regret it.
I just got a new job after a recent redundancy. Hopefully the grass is greener or I'll be buying grass seed and garden tools to make it better.
If I can get something better so can anyone

Not that I've heard off. From what I've been told you get a choice - sign on the dotted line which includes an NDA (which isn't worth the paper its written on) and get your "enhanced" package or get the boot anyway and and only receive salutatory redundancy.
