I started filling this survey out even though it’s requesting your ID. Funny they’re basically asking, do you want higher deductibles that will allow for higher merit or keep it the same. Like either way they’re going to take from one thing to give it to another. It’s insulting. The way it’s set up is to show allllllll the benefits they give us. In reality most Fortune 500 companies offer the same. Travelers offers pension , stock incentives and 20% higher salaries. They know this …

I can’t wait for Heidi to explain to a future town hall That colleagues need to be “looking at the bigger picture” in terms of compensation, and then include “potential savings” in in-store discounts and a bunch of low-utilty third party benefits (I.e. diet coaching) that nobody depends upon for maintaining their standard of living.
Omg, these options seriously dont make sense. Are they on Crack?
Where's the option to tell Joyner to go fist his sagging hole?
The questions are completely insulting. One scenario was to give up dental coverage. Another to cut maternity leave to 2 weeks! I can’t believe how poor the benefits are at a healthcare company. The health plans are a joke. Do they ask leadership or C-Suite to make trade offs between salary, healthcare, or parental leave?? NO
In order to improve something in a small way they give the option of reducing PTO and 401K matching. It was insulting.
Yes! It all feels pretty icky.
I want them to allow colleagues to invest 50% of their employee 401k balances with an outside investment account, as Aetna did. Investment offerings from the CVS plan are limited, overpriced and underperforming. Allowing this option enabled me to retire at 55. Others deserve freedom of choice with long term investment too.
The preventative check up is purely about adding your data to the pool for ultimate monetization. I went to minute clinic because my primary physician miscoded the visit. ALL they did was take my blood -literally no questions about my health or lifestyle.
I felt like fodder -
The scenarios they offer are a joke. They are not looking to improve any of the cost of living or cost of healthcare situations for employees. You get one comment at the end. I mentioned the spouse surcharge. Other Fortune 20 wholesale club retailers do NOT charge this, and provide medical coverage for a significantly lower cost to employees.
