We've still got too many employees. Get rid of the right ones and we'd be fine.

Distribution is still WAAAY over staffed. Need to thin those teams, starting with those calling in all the time (looking at you FMLA and sick pay abusers) along with those merit teams that contribute absolutely nothing. You don’t need a separate quality team if you hold people accountable to doing their job in the first place. Start using LWW as intended, to actually lead the teams. They should be your quality control, not 10-20 id--ts walking around with clipboards that don’t know the basics of each department.
Honestly don’t buy this. I’ve been working there for over 7 years and teams are really, really understaffed. Running incredibly lean and driving a huge amount of productivity. I don’t believe we’re overstaffed.
