Why have we not changed organization structure to help Paramount+ technology?

@pv If you work in the NY office it's not surprising because MN doesn't work out of the NY office, they and their favorite employee(s) work(s) remote and were granted exemptions despite the fact that 75% of their team does.
@k3 I just talked with a couple of people in NYC and nobody knows who MN is. We need some hints.
@et What happened with the International side? Isn't the majority of P+ engineering there?
@et One of the sc-mmiest politicians of them all, MN, is forcing all of us on his team including those who work remotely to NYC. You have to be a real narcissistic sociopath to drag your team not realizing 90% of them resent you because we have to go into the office 5 days a week while he and all of his incompetent favs that get remote exemptions have ki-led our team.
@e0 Very well said. The very same thing basically applies to most other divisions within the company, where the truly competent folks are usually taken out by "good politicians". Especially true with the International side of the business, which has been run to the ground by such people in recent years.
Because we're not truly a technology company. All of the people in charge are the least technically savvy people in the world but they're good politicians and schemed their way into their positions by taking out their more technological counterparts. I'm looking at you, international teams.

Paramount + Technology? Is that a group or you mean the tech in general? If you mean org that will happen post merger. If you mean the tech then clearly you do not work at Paramount. They have been focused on platform convergence with Pluto tv and they HAVE deployed a ton of new cool features. If you work here you should know this.

Because it will be thrown in the trash and moved to HBO Max app soon anyway.
