@en always found it odd how higher ups always get rewarded with huge bonuses to run the company into the ground.

Salary increase?

Seriously?

You should be looking to collect a salary from an entirely different organization.

Don't worry, you will get the scraps. Anyone above you on the food chain, Director or Senior Principal will receive 15% bonus of their base salary- so somewhere around $25,000 - $30,000. That's the way the cookie crumbles my friend.

Managers are getting allocated approximately 2% pool of the direct report total onshore salaries. If you make 140% plus of your salary range,
You get big fat goose egg. If you are 130% or less, expect 0 to 2% increase. Expect getting 0% unless you are the boss’ buddy

The best salary increase you can get is from another organization.

I'm shooting for -100% this year but I'll take -105% if that's what's in the budget. I should know for sure when my bank starts reaching out. I'll keep you posted!
