A place for mediocrity

Of course there are still many knowledgeable people here, not all of them have left, but it is unquestionable that this is becoming a place for mediocrity.
Is it possible to make a comparison of workplace competencies a few years ago and now? When I remember how many competent and capable colleagues I had the opportunity to work with before, and what mediocrity is working here now, it's sad.

I’m mediocre & that’s more than they deserve as they are less than mediocre as an employer.

Friendly reminder that TG before he became CEO said that we'd been mediocre as a firm in a 2019 town hall

Those that are talented left.

Don’t worry, more JPM and GS flunkies will be here soon. They have talent and drive.
