Thread regarding Optum layoffs

OK, Anyone 62 or over ...?

Is anyone just waiting to be laid off when you reach 62 ish? At my age, and being so close to retirement, that fat severance after a long career doesn't seem too bad. Just feel as if I am playing the game.

They layoff for many reasons. They discriminate on people who are bullied by management, long term employees who’ve been with them for over 20 years are placed on PIPs/CAPs and fired, people of color who raise discriminatory complaints, employees who go on FMLA, either due to sickness or stress, so age discrimination is just another to add. They do it to everyone first their own su-k, shady reasons. They have psychopaths in HR and Legal who tell them how to do this and skirt around it. And if you file a legal complaint, they will try and give your lawyer the mandatory arbitration doc with your signature, even if you never saw or signed it. These people are EVIL! Best berm file an EEOC Complaint so they can pile up.
