They've made this company culture so bad now that the retention rate will fall so catastrophically. So I guess retention and turnover rates are no longer an HR metric, but how many people voluntarily resign and forego severance. What a joke of a a company. Just sack me and give me my severance, I don't care if you replace me with an Endian.

@cg Long-term employees don't leave because they have racked up a large retirement severance package. They would be too foolish to leave and forego their remuneration. The younger ones should go and work outside of SAP because your career and funding opportunities have drastically declined inside this company.
@cf the long-term SAP employees are all set and they don't care if anyone who joined after 2015 leaves the company.
Isn't it funny how once news about these reorgs happened, how several leaders have been let go, and declarations that hiring freezes will be the new norm, they've re-announced and re-affirmed office mandates to drive attrition? I will be applying for competitor jobs now.
It is only a matter of time that management starts to lay off employees who have low AI usage. HR are already asking the Betriebsrat for permission to do so but usage data is protected so they are having a hard time.
@a9 You are correct. An AI expert without connections will find themselves reporting to an id--t & will be backstabbed on their way out the door.
I'm sure Hillviiew Ave will have to bar the doors from all the AI experts looking for work.
We should replace all immigrants with AI.
