I've been offered a position at CDK, four years after I left because the culture was falling apart. Has morale and the work environment improved any since then?

It's just as bad as it always has been. Morale is at the bottom of the hole and continued digging. If you have ANY other options, I'd chose those over coming back until brookfield finishes whatever they're going to do with us.
They just had a mid-sized lay off of people in the sales org, if that doesn't tell you there's a problem, I don't know what would.
