Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

"Performance based incentives", I'd love to hear what that's based on, and where the rest of us can sign up for running their org into the ground but getting millions for it. For the non-executives her performance would result in an IM and her manager would be working hard to "manage her out".

It's called stealing money. She might be worth about $200K a years. Maybe. Technology is currently a full-blown dumpster fire.
