"Despite all the talk of AI, Krishna estimates that just 20 percent of businesses are utilizing it correctly. The rest, he says, are not getting a return on their investment or don’t quite know what to do with it."
We all know IBM is in the 20% bracket - The correct way of utilizing in IBM is to tell a narrative that the company saved $4.5 billion by using AI for HR, all the savings or the return on investment as Krishna calls it, are actually from payroll cuts that impacted 8000 jobs.
AskHR is a piece of sh-t, ask anybody who has used it, I feel sorry for those in HR who now have to do additional work but can't do anything about it, and employees who need to reach out to HR just give up in frustration. And on top of that, IBM wants its consultants to repeat what they call client zero success at the customer site.
Why is IBM so obsessed with zero - client zero, day zero, this zero , that zero etc etc
All we know is, bonus is zero and salary hike is zero, for all those who deserve the raise based on the hard work they put in.
