Those that can't do...teach (or write textbooks).
All answers don't come from college textbooks. College degrees aren't worth much anymore and are watered down anyways.
Regardless... if all corporations like Cisco, do what's being done... that explains why they go through periods of ups and downs.
The funny thing with CDW is it never really had a down period before Leahy because leadership didn't operate like other corporations and leaders. Example is 2008 when everyone was laying off 1000's and large percentages of their workforce, CDW laid off a few hundred.
Personally I learned never to depend on anyone but myself when I was working as I saw the backstabbing and favoritism. I worked hard for years and saved until I saw this storm coming.
Glad I left before all this. I felt stuck myself because being in a sales company, you always feel like you need or want more money. I freed myself though.
Never felt richer. Just wish I could by back the last few years I worked under these mo--ns which definitely don't deserve the millions they take while failing the coworkers they supposedly lead.
