Are most Centene employees working from home right now, or in the office?
If you had to transition back to the office after a period of remote work, how was that adjustment?

Remote. They sold off a lot of office properties. It also makes big layoffs easier when you don’t have to look people in the eye and tell them they’re being let go.
yes, most are remote. I can reserve a spot and drive in to the Clayton location if I really wanted to. I don't
WORK WHERE YOU ARE is what they called the program on CNET
At this point, Centene has sold/ended leases on a vast majority of their physical office locations. It would be impossible, without considerable investment, to move away from being fully remote.
I thought the majority of the company was remote/ WFH.
Most corporate employees (at least in IT) are remote. I have been remote so long at this standpoint it would be very very difficult for me to transition to an in office role (especially one with a long commute).
