No insider info. But just a thought - signatures on equipment preparation are important right? Even after it’s been an audit find and nothing has been done to address it for months? Strange

I heard it was an exchanger fire on the crude unit. No injuries. And it was out quickly.
Saw some pics of some black trailing smoke but doesn't look too big. Any insights?
