Summarizing all the recent RTO announcements I've seen:
- Merch/PIM/Sourcing: 4 days a week (RTO for remote)
- TES: 2 days a week
- Store Ops: 2 days a week
Any other teams? Please no negativity just posting for visibility.

Unless it just hasn’t been announced yet, I don’t think it’s a full RTO for all remote employees in merchandising.
No news but at some point, the org is going to have to treat similar employees the same (not rules div by div like this). I am still surprised HR or legal has not weighed in here. I would really perceive this as lawsuit risk, especially if someone is terminated for not coming in when similarly situated TMs don't have to.
Any news on properties?
